Everyone's Teacher Li

Li Yongle teaches math in Beijing's best middle school. As a graduate of Tsinghua University, Li will never forget growing up poor, in a small rural village. That's why he passionately believes that education can transform people's lives and promote a more just and equal society. Li’s spare time is spent recording his lessons and uploading them to Xigua Video – allowing anyone to watch and learn for free. Through the internet, Teacher Li’s courses have become accessible to less fortunate students all over China, allowing them to share his knowledge and dream of one day joining the wider world.
